Hot keys doesn't work sometimes.

Hi,

I realised that Delete doesn't always work on receivers, however after removing 1-2 receivers by selecting option Remove Receiver, log4view again starts to react on Delete key presses.

Also Ctrl+F4 (Bookmark hot key) sometimes stops to work on selected receivers (but it might work in other receivers).
