refresh log files (due to archiving)?

We use NLog to archive our logs daily. I'm hoping to give certain event log access to non-developers but I'm concerned they will leave the application window open overnight and think nothing is being logged and cause more runs to the IT staff than is needed.

Is there a better method (other than everyone restarting the application each morning) to reload our log files?
