NLog layout pattern - not fit to table columns

Hi,
I have problem with my NLog file, pattern is not recognized correctly:

Any ideas, where I'm making mistake?

When I manually deleted 'gdc:item' from log file and from pattern, it works - so question: how to define custom item (User in this case)?
