Max message size

Using Log4View Community Edition 12.6.3.163 :

I noticed Log4View hanging when the log message is big (almost 1 Mb). This happens with both the TCP and file receiver.

Is there a workaround ?

I just tried to recreate your problem with a message that is 1 Mb big. While Log4View took a reasonable longer time to read it, in the end it worked fine. Could you try let Log4View load without interrupting and tell us your loading times? How many messages of that size do you have in a single log file?

I have opened the file in Log4View and it has been working for more than 1 hour and a half, still ongoing. There's only one message in the log file.

If you want, I can try to send you the file.

Btw, I'm using Windows 7, Log4View 12.5.12.0 (Community Edition).
