Log4View crash at start up after a windows .net framework update

Hi,
since I've update Windows 10 (.net framework), I cannot start log4View anymore.
Do you have any idea what can I do  ?

Hi Olivier,

try pressing the left CTRL-key while starting Log4View. This prevents loading any old settings.
