Log4View V2 1.4.2 - Custom Receivers not shown anymore in UI

I updated to v1.4.2 released yesterday/today. Since the update, the theme setting is restored, nice, but my custom receivers don't appear in the UI anymore.

The custom receiver factories are instantiated, but none of the methods, i.e. CreateReceiverConfig() or CreateReceiver(), are invoked.

Even your own Log4View.SampleReceiver.dll isn't working...

This is somewhat embarrassing as we recently bought a company-wide license but now are unable to use the product...

we have already fixed this bug and are currently doing final regression tests for the 1.4.3.
We are confident to release it today.
