How do I auto subscribe to personal posts?

I Have been looking for way to auto subscribe when creating a new thread
but apparently you have to check "Alert me by email when someone posts on this thread" every time you create a new thread

Dear Jens,

as we use an external forum, we are unable to set up such behavior unfortunately.
We are receiving an update for our website in future and will get a new forum eventually.
