Filter applied to ALL receivers

I'm logging several applications/receivers simultaneously. The applications log similar stuff so I'd like my filters to apply to ALL receivers.

Currently, the filter drop down can only select one receiver at a time.

I'd like a similar option for Receiver as for Logger : [leave empty for all loggers]

Or maybe a regular expression option for selecting receivers, or something.
