Database receiver does not work

Hi

Database receiver does not work after selecting table from the dropdown. I can still see @OK' button seems disable and I cant go further. Am I missing any settings ?

Anyone faced this kind of problem before ?

Please help me out how to handle this issue ?

Can you please explain, which database you are using.
